Winter Martini Mocktail

Whether you’re doing Dry January, or trying to sub in some mocktails throughout the year, we’ve got you covered on some flavorful beverages that are so tasty, you won’t even miss the booze.


 

Winter Martini Mocktail

2 oz Seedlip Spice 94 Aromatic

1 oz freshly squeezed blood orange juice

.5 oz rosemary simple syrup

Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well to combine. Strain and serve up in a martini glass. Garnish with a dehydrated blood orange wheel, and/or a sprig of rosemary.

Grapefruit Basil G & T Mocktail

2 oz Seedlip Garden 105 Herbal

1 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit

.5 oz basil simple syrup

3 oz tonic

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a glass. Stir to combine. Add ice and top with tonic. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and/or a sprig of basil.

Blackberry Lime Sparkler

1 oz blackberry-mint simple syrup

1 oz freshly squeezed lime

4 oz sparkling water (plain or berry-flavored)

Combine all ingredients in a glass with ice. Stir to combine. Garnish with a blackberry-lime skewer and/or a sprig of mint.

Spiced Pear Martini Mocktail

2 oz Ritual Gin Alternative

.5 oz Pear Nectar

.5 oz simple syrup

.25 oz freshly squeezed lemon

cinnamon sticks

cloves

Infuse the gin with cinnamon sticks and cloves for 24 hours. Combine Ritual, pear nectar, simple syrup, and lemon in a shaker with ice. Shake well to chill and combine. Strain and serve up in a martini glass. Garnish with a fresh slice of pear studded with cloves.
