Fall Cocktails

Fall is such a beautiful time of year in Colorado, and we’ve been waiting all summer to enjoy some of our favorite fall cocktails!  Mix these up for your leaf-peeping adventures or football watching, or pair them with all the yummy fall soups and stews!

Apple Cider Margarita

1.5 oz tequila

.5 oz orange liqueur

4 oz apple cider

.5 oz fresh lemon

Shake all ingredients with ice until well-chilled.  Strain into a margarita glass with a cinnamon-sugar rim, and garnish with an apple slice.

Apple Picking

1 oz orange liqueur
1 oz gin
1 oz fresh lime
3-4 oz club soda
apple slices and rosemary

Muddle apple slices and rosemary in the bottom of the glass. Add the liqueur, gin, lime juice and ice, then top with club soda. Stir and garnish with apple slices and rosemary.

Fall in Colorado G & T

1.5 oz gin (we love Deviation Distilling Mountain Herb Gin)
.25 oz Leopold Bros Cranberry Liqueur
3 oz Fever Tree tonic

Combine all ingredients over ice. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and fresh cranberries.

Pumpkin Spiced Punch

1 part Pumpkin Spice Moonshine (we love Corsair)
1 part apple cider
2 parts ginger ale

Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl. To serve, ladle over ice and garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired.

Autumn Manhattan

1 oz Heritage Distilling Brown Sugar Bourbon
.5 oz Don Ciccio & Figli Nocino
1 oz sweet vermouth
3-4 dashes chocolate bitters

Stir all ingredients over ice. Strain and serve up in a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a cocktail cherry.
